Jokes – She Seems OK
One evening a family brings their frail and grumpy old mother to a nursing home. After a few hours they leave her in the hope that she will be well taken care of.
The next morning, the nurse bathe her, feed her a tasty breakfast, and set her in a chair at a window overlooking a beautiful garden full of trees and flowers.
The grumpy old woman seems OK, but after a while she starts to slowly lean over one way in her chair. Two attentive nurses immediately rush up to catch her and straighten her up. Again she seems OK, but after a while she starts to tilt to the other side.
The nurses rush back and once more bring her back upright in her chair. This goes on all morning and afternoon. Later that day the family arrives to visit her and see how their grumpy old mother is adjusting to her new home.
The daughter asks her mom “So Mom, how is it here? Are they treating you all right?”
“Well, the garden view is pretty pretty nice,” she replies. “Except they won’t let you fart.”
