An old lady went to the bank to withdraw money from her account. As her turn arrived, she then presented her bank card to the bank teller and politely requested, “Could I withdraw $10, please?”

The bank teller politely informed her, “Madam, for withdrawals under $100, please use the ATM located outside.”

The old lady then kindly asked the teller, why?
As the teller returned her bank card he irritably told her, “Ma’am, these are the established rules.

If there’s nothing else I can assist you with, kindly make way for the customers waiting in line behind you.”

After a brief pause, the elderly woman returned the card to the bank teller and softly uttered, “Alright then, please assist me in withdrawing the entirety of my funds from my bank account.”

The teller was surprised when he checked the old lady’s account balance. He nodded his head, leaned over and respectfully told the old lady, Ma’am, you have more than $300,000 in your account and the bank doesn’t have that much cash currently.

Could you please make an appointment and come again to withdraw all your money?

Curious, the elderly woman inquired about the maximum withdrawal amount available to her at that moment. To which, the bank teller promptly responded that she could withdraw up to $3000.

“Well, in that case, I’d like to withdraw $3000 at this moment,” she stated confidently. The bank teller amiably and respectfully handed over the requested amount to the elderly lady.

After retrieving $10 from the $3000, the elderly woman carefully placed it in her purse. She then proceeded to entrust the teller with the remaining $2990, kindly requesting that it be deposited back into her account.

the moral of this tale …….

Don’t be difficult with old people, they spent a lifetime learning the skills.
